How to calculate the weıght and technıcal ınformatıon of Pe 100 Pıpe?

Pe 100 pipe weight is calculated by multiplying the hollow cylinder volume calculation with the Hdpe pipe density in calculating the pe100 pipe weight. Due to the heat treatment of PE 100 pipe during the production phase, it exhibits expansion properties, so it is necessary to consider the tolerance values when preparing the hdpe pipe dimensions table. Even the external conditions in the production area affect these tolerance values.

PE pipes can be delivered wrapped for the following diameters.

  • 16 mm Pe 100 Pipe (16-20 Bar and above)
  • 20 mm Pe100 Pipe (16-20 Bar and above)
  • 32 mm Pe100 Pipe (10-16-20 Bar and above)
  • 40 mm Pe100 Pipe (10-16-20 Bar and above)
  • 50 mm Pe100 Pipe (10-16-20 Bar and above)
  • 63 mm Pe 100 Pipe (10-16-20 Bar and above)
  • 75 mm Pe100 Pipe (10-16-20 Bar and above)
  • 90 mm Pe100 Pipe (10-16-20 Bar)
  • 110 mm Pe100 Pipe (10-16-20 Bar)
  • 125 mm Pe 100 Pipe (10-16 Bar)

In the repair of PE 100 pipes, it depends on the degree of repair. If the damage is minor, it can be repaired by boiling with the EF method or tightening with a clamp. Another method that has been used recently with the developing technology is encapsulation, which is used by pipe manufacturers.
For larger damage; It can be fixed by removing the damaged part and replacing it with a new part. This is also a simple method. The damaged part of the pipe is isolated with crimping tools, the damaged part is removed and a new part can be put in between with the EF method.

  • The outer surface of the pipe and the inner surface of the fitting are heated until they reach the fusion temperature. After the pipe is inserted into the fitting, it is waited without being moved during the cooling process. Steps to be followed for Socket Welding; The pipe end is cut vertically, the end part and the part to be welded of the fitting are cleaned. The parts are heated, combined, and left to cool.

In this connection type, a welded adapter is attached to the pipe. The main flange must be supported from the rear by the pressure flange. Otherwise, leakage is inevitable. Thrust flanges must be made of iron and steel material. Flange bolts have a diameter 3 mm less than the bolt hole. There must be a nut between the nut and the thrust flange.
