What are the usage areas of PVC waste water pIpes?

It is used in underground and surface water transportation systems (city, industrial areas waste water systems), electricity and communication systems, sewage, sewage and waste material discharge systems, non-pressurized lines in chemical and industrial facilities.

It is easy to transport and install due to its light weight. PVC Waste water pipes and fittings are non-flammable and non-flammable. It is durable. It is fully compatible with pressurized attachments. It does not break, it provides the impact strength determined by the standards by more than 400%.

More than 50% of the products produced with PVC raw materials in the world are used in the construction sector. Thanks to the environmentally friendly PVC Raw Material feature, breakage events do not appear.
PVC raw material, which is also used in waste water pipes, does not change the color, smell and taste of water, and does not harm human health. It preserves its original form as it does not contain any filling material. It does not produce high-level noise like rigid pipes, especially in vertical lines, while the fluid is flowing through it.

The main difference between PP and PVC; It’s a matter of hardness. PVC pipes, which are superior in terms of hardness, are more durable than PP materials in underground applications. But the impact resistance and temperature of PVC material are lower than PP. In terms of flammability, combustion occurs in the form of flaming in the PP pipe, while the combustion occurs in the form of soot in the PVC pipe.

PVC waste water pipes produced in DIN 4102 standards are produced from hard flammable rigid PVC raw material according to American UL94 standards and are defined as V-0. In other words, it is a very difficult substance to catch fire.

Careful laying of the pipeline at the beginning of the laying increases the pipe life and quality. For this reason, care should be taken to ensure that the bottom of the excavated trench is flat and free of stones before laying the pipe.
Before laying the pipes, the amount of filling should be between 1-1,5 meters according to the type of soil, season and climate. The bed should be laid with sand around 15 cm to be poured on the bottom of the trench and the pipe can be stabilized. The sealing gasket to be attached to the joints should be tested and checked.
